At Auremie, we take pride in delivering your fragrance with care, clarity, and reliability.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Within Canada

• We offer free shipping on all orders of $49.99 CAD and above.
• Orders below $49.99, you may select Standard or Express mode calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable national carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

International Shipping

At this time, Auremie ships within Canada and United States only. International shipping options will be announced in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Auremie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.
