At Auremie, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care in the quality and presentation of every fragrance we deliver.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
To help us assist you, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us. While delivery timelines depend on the carrier, we will work with you to investigate and provide a reasonable solution where possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change shortly after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
